Ms. Klodiana Kapllani
Klodiana Kapllani is a legal scientist with a notable interest in the constitutional design as a determinant factor of democracy and political stability. She was born on 29 July 1981 in Albania. She has been graduated in 2004 in the Law Faculty, at the University of Tirana. She holds a postgraduate diploma in International Relations, awarded from the Albanian Academy of Diplomacy.
Her major research fields are Commercial Law, Administrative Law and International Law.
For several years now, Klodiana has been involved in a number of national and international projects, having a focus on research or coordinative and supporting action, where domestic and regional partners and donors are engaged.

I was born in Budapest. My parents took me to Germany to study there when I was 20 in 1985.
I have been living in different parts of the country with my family ever since.
We moved to Berlin in 2001.

Mr. Andor Mészáros, Ph.D.,
Assistant professor at the Faculty of Humanities of University ELTE. He lectures Czech History and Literature and History of Central Europe at the Institute of Slavonic and Baltic Philology and at the Department of Cultural History. Andor Mészáros is a visiting professor at the Faculty of Central European Studies of the Constantine the Philosopher University in Nitra in Slovakia and one of the leading researchers of the St. Adalbert Foundation for the Research of Central and Eastern Europe. Mr. Miklós Mitrovits, Ph.D.
Historian, Polonist, Russologist. He was graduated from the History Studies of Eötvös University in Budapest and parallel with his M.A. studies he completed specialization courses in Historical Russistics and Modern Sovietology. In 2009 he was granted his Ph.D. at the 19th and 20th Century Eastern European History Doctoral School. Between 2004 and 2008 he was studying at the Polish Studies and Central European Studies of the Pázmány Péter Catholic University.
Research fellow at the Institute of History, Hungarian Academy of Sciences. His main research field is the contemporary history of Eastern Europe after WWII.

Ms. Fruzsina Stella Hossó I am a PhD candidate at the Corvinus University of Budapest, where my main searching field is the Visegrad Cooperation, precisely the energy policy and energetic relations of the 4 member states. Now, I work at the Prime Minister's Office where I am dealing with cross border cooperation programmes.

Mr. Oleksii Sydorchuk is an analyst at the Ilko Kucheriv Democratic Initiatives Foundation, Ukrainian non-governmental organization, where he coordinates projects on Ukraine’s democratic transformations and regularly writes policy papers. He is also a PhD student in political science at the National University of Kyiv-Mohyla Academy and works on a thesis dedicated to comparison of semi-presidentialism in Poland, Russia, and Ukraine. His fields of interest include political transformations in post-communist countries, constitutional and electoral politics.
